Entry Requirement
Must have minimum age of 18 over and Cert III in Business or some vocational experience in providing

administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams but without a formal business
administration qualification or work experience or completion of training resulting in competencies
equivalent to the Business Services competencies.

Enrolment Fees: AUD$200.00

Course Outcome:
The students who undertake the Certificate IV in Business Frontline Management is provided with advice
of further training options. Students who gain this qualification can further their study in the Diploma of
Business Management or possible employment as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Coordinator or Leading
