- Have completed Year 12 (HSC) or AQF qualification (Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent).
- Academic IELTS 5.5 overall, no less than 5.0 in each band or upper intermediate or EAP from approved ELICOS/ESL centre.
- 18 years or above
- Applicants with no formal qualification and who can provide evidence of relevant and sufficient work experience can be considered
